Salmon, Pea And Cream Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    26 oz fresh fettucine pasta
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    2.5 oz frozen peas
    1 (14 oz) can red salmon, drained, bones removed then flaked
    2 None spring onions, trimmed and chopped
Preparation
    Cook fettuccine in boiling, salted water for 2 mins or until al dente. Drain.
    Meanwhile, combine cream, lemon juice and zest in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 mins, until just simmering. Add peas, salmon and fettuccine. Toss well then add spring onions and season to taste. Serve with freshly ground black pepper.
