Swiss Chard And Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp poppy seeds
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed; leaves washed and finely shredded
    2 pints strawberries, hulled and sliced
Preparation
    Whisk vinegar, oil, poppy seeds and sugar in a small bowl. Season to taste. Cover and set aside overnight.
    Combine chard and strawberries in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine. Serve.
