Watercress Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small pears, thinly sliced
    1 tsp finely grated orange peel
    1/2 cup orange juice
    10 oz snow peas, trimmed
    4 oz watercress leaves
    None None FOR THE CHEESE BALLS
    5 oz ricotta cheese
    4 oz feta cheese
    1/4 cup finely grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme
    1 tsp curry powder
    1 tsp sweet paprika
Preparation
    Combine pear, and orange peel and juice in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate for 15 mins.
    Boil, steam or microwave snow peas until just tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
    For the cheese balls, combine cheeses and herbs in small bowl. Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls. Combine curry powder and paprika in small bowl; gently toss half of the cheese balls in spice mixture until coated.
    Add snow peas and watercress to pear mixture; toss gently. Serve topped with cheese balls.
