Lemongrass Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None chicken legs
    1 stalk (4 inches) fresh lemongrass, finely chopped
    4 None green onions, finely chopped
    2 tsp fish sauce
    1 tsp sambal oelek (Indonesian ground chili paste)
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tbsp peanut oil
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F.
    Combine chicken and remaining ingredients in large baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, about 30 mins or until chicken is cooked through, turning chicken once during cooking.
