Peach And Raspberry Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    100 g caster sugar
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    100 g butter, softened
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    125 g plain flour
    50 g chopped pistachio nuts
    500 g raspberries
    1 large can peaches, drained
    3 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Mix the granulated sugar, butter, flour, pistachios, vanilla and lemon peel in a bowl until crumbly. Refrigerate.
    Place the raspberries and drained peaches into an 8-cup baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and drizzle with 3 tbsp lemon juice. Sprinkle with the crumble mixture.
    Bake for about 25 mins until golden brown.
