Ingredients

10.5 oz Oreos, 8 kept whole, remaining chopped into quarters
2 tsp powdered gelatin, bloomed in 2 tbsp water
13.5 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
6 oz white chocolate, melted
2 oz dark chocolate, melted
Preparation

Stand 8 cleaned 4 inch pieces of PVC pipe on a baking tray. Grease each pipe and line with parchment paper. Place 1 Oreo in each pipe.
To make the filling, gently melt bloomed gelatin in a small saucepan. Let cool for 5 mins. Beat cheese, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth. Beat in cream then stir in white chocolate, gelatin and chopped Oreos. Distribute filling between pipes and chill overnight.
Remove pipes and paper from cheesecakes. Serve topped with melted dark chocolate.
