Smoked Salmon Canapés - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill, plus extra sprigs to serve
    2 tsp lemon zest
    1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
    1 tbsp baby capers, drained, rinsed, chopped
    None None mini toasts, to serve
    None None smoked salmon, to serve
Preparation
    Whisk together sour cream, dill, lemon zest, red onion and capers. Season to taste. Spread over mini toasts. Top with smoked salmon and extra dill sprigs.
