Obatzter - Camembert Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

250 g camembert
75 g creme fraiche
1 tbsp butter, softened
2 small onions
1 tsp paprika + some for garnish
4 stalks chives, finely chopped

Preparation

Mix together the camembert, sour cream and butter until well combined. Finely dice 1 onion and add to the mixture then season with salt, pepper and paprika. Divide between 4 bowls and garnish with finely sliced onions, chives and paprika. Serve with pretzels.
