Chocolate Butterscotch Sauce - cooking recipe

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 cup light cream
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
Preparation

Place sugar, cream, butter and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan on low heat. Stir, without boiling, until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
