Corn & Chili Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ears corn, silk and husks removed
    1 large fresh red chili pepper, seeded and chopped
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
    1 tbsp lime juice
Preparation
    Cover corn with water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 mins or until corn is tender. Drain; cool slightly.
    Cut corn kernels from cob. Combine kernels in a medium bowl with remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
