Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 medium red onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp mild curry powder
    2 None stalks celery, trimmed and finely chopped
    1 medium carrot, coarsely grated
    1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken stock
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
    3 cups finely shredded Chinese cabbage
    1 cup frozen baby peas
    4 oz fried noodles
    1/3 cup blanched almonds, toasted and coarsely chopped
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry ground turkey, red onion and garlic until turkey changes color. Add curry powder; stir-fry until fragrant.
    Add celery and carrot; stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Add stock, sauces, Chinese cabbage and peas; stir-fry until cabbage wilts.
    Serve stir-fry sprinkled with noodles, nuts and green onions.
