Beef Tenderloin On Papaya Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    1/4 cup fresh ginger, peeled and grated
    2 tbsp honey + 1 tsp
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    5 tsp dry sherry
    5 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 splash hot sauce
    2 tbsp oil
    3/4 lb beef tenderloin
    2 None shallots, peeled and finely diced
    1 None red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
    8 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped + extra to garnish
    3 tbsp sesame oil
    1 None lime, juiced
    2 None papayas, peeled, deseeded and cubed
Preparation
    For the marinade, mix garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, sherry, vinegar and hot sauce. Heat oil in a pan and saute beef for about 5 mins then marinate for 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Place beef on an oiled baking sheet and cook for about 20 mins. Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour.
    To serve, mix shallots, chili, cilantro, sesame oil, lime juice and papaya then transfer to serving vessels. Slice beef and place on top of salad. Garnish with cilantro.
