Vegetable Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb sweet potato, peeled, cut into 3/4 inch pieces, steamed
    1 cup baby spinach
    1/2 lb broccoli rabe, cut into 1 inch pieces, steamed
    6 None cherry tomatoes, halved
    10 None eggs, at room temperature
    1/4 cup milk
    2 oz cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line an 8 inch square cake pan with parchment paper.
    Arrange sweet potato in prepared pan. Top with spinach, broccoli rabe and tomatoes. Whisk together eggs and milk. Season. Pour over vegetables then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 50-55 mins, until set and golden. Let cool in pan for 30 mins then slice and serve.
