Caramelized Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 large bulb garlic (3 oz), separated into cloves and peeled
    24 None shallots
    10 None baby red onions, halved
    6 None green onions, halved
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in large frying pan. Cook garlic, shallots and baby red onions for about 45 mins, stirring, until tender and browned. Add green onions and cook, stirring, until just tender. Drizzle with vinegar. Serve immediately.
