Peach Galette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup ground almonds
1/3 cup sugar
1 None egg, beaten, plus 1 extra
3 tbsp softened butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 None sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
1 14 oz can peaches slices, drained
2 tbsp sliced almonds
None None cream or ice-cream, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a food processor, process ground almonds, sugar, egg, butter and vanilla to a smooth paste. Place sheet of puff pastry on prepared tray. Score 1/2 inch from the edge with a sharp knife. Spread inside the border with paste. Brush border with extra egg.
Spread peaches over almond paste. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden. Serve with cream or ice-cream.
