Mexican Layer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz) refried beans
    2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
    1/4 None red onion, finely chopped
    2 cups shredded lettuce
    2 None tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 None avocado
    2 tsp lemon juice
    3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    4 None tortillas, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Combine refried beans, taco seasoning mix and onion in a medium bowl.
    Divide bean mixture among 4 containers. Sprinkle with lettuce and tomato. Spoon salsa evenly over each.
    Mash avocado with lemon juice in a small bowl. Spread over dips. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with lid and refrigerate.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer on a foil-lined baking pan. Spray with no stick cooking spray. Bake 2-3 mins, until light golden. Cool. Serve with dip.
