Passionfruit Cake - cooking recipe

10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter, at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp finely grated lime peel
2 None eggs, at room temperature
2 /2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 cup milk
2 None passionfruits, pulp scooped out
1 cup prepared vanilla frosting

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9-inch tube pan.
Beat butter, sugar, lime peel, eggs, flour and milk in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed, until combined. Increase speed to medium. Beat for 2 mins or until mixture is smooth and combined. Stir in half the passionfruit pulp. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake for 45 mins or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack.
Transfer cake to cake plate. Stir half the remaining passionfruit pulp into frosting. Spread frosting over top of cooled cake. Drizzle with remaining passionfruit pulp.
