Rhubarb, Pear And Apple Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10.5 oz rhubarb, trimmed, chopped
2 None apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
2 None pears, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
None None ice cream, to serve
-1 None Crumble
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 1/2 tbsp cold butter, chopped
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1/3 cup shredded coconut
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 6 - 8 oz ramekins.
In a large saucepan, combine rhubarb, apples, pears, sugar and 2 tbsp water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 mins, until tender. Distribute between ramekins.
To make the crumble, sift flour and cinnamon into a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in oats, macadamia nuts, coconut and sugar. Sprinkle over fruit mixture in ramekins and bake for 15-20 mins, until golden brown.
Serve crumbles warm with ice cream.
