Creamy Mushrooms And Garlic On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter
    2 tbsp oil
    1 lb mixed mushrooms, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    8 None thick slices of bread, toasted
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook, stirring for 1-2 mins until mushrooms begin to soften.
    Add cream and bring to a boil, stirring. Season to taste. Spoon over toast and serve.
