Vietnamese-Style Veggie Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None crusty long white bread rolls, split
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
    1/2 medium carrot, sliced into ribbons
    1/2 small cucumber, sliced into ribbons
    2 tbsp sweet chlli sauce
    1/4 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
    1 large apple, halved
Preparation
    Spread the rolls with mayonnaise. Top evenly with lettuce, carrot and cucumber.
    Drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Top with cilantro leaves. Season to taste.
    Serve each roll with an apple half.
