Chocolate Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggs
    100 g caster sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    75 ml vegetable oil
    3 medium ripe bananas, peeled and thinly sliced
    250 g plain flour
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    150 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
    50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
    50 g cashew nuts, roughly chopped
    1 bunch grapes, for serving
    1 medium apple, for serving
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 10 inch loaf pan. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and oil for about 2-3 mins. Add the banana slices then fold in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add 3/4 of the chocolate and 3/4 of the nuts then transfer to the prepared pan and bake for 1 1/4 hours covering with foil after about 30 mins to prevent the top from burning.
    Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool for 20 mins then remove from the pan and finish cooling on a wire rack. To decorate, melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle over the cake, sprinkle with the remaining nuts and allow to set. Arrange the cake with grapes and apples on a plate, and serve.
