Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 None large egg
4 1/3 cups rolled oats
1 cup all-purpose flour, plus 2 tbsp, sifted
1 cup whole-wheat all-purpose flour, plus 2 tbsp, sifted
1 cup raisins
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat to combine. Gently fold in remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water. Place heaped teaspoons of mixture onto prepared baking trays. Using a fork, press each cookie to flatten slightly. Bake for 12-15 mins, until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
