Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (1 oz) sugar free fat free butterscotch pudding mix
    1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
    1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    2 cups whipped topping
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    2 cups pumpkin, spice, apple, or cinnamon-nut loaf crumbs
Preparation
    In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk and pumpkin puree. In another bowl, whisk together whipped topping and nutmeg.
    Evenly divide cake crumbs, pudding and whipped topping among 6 small dessert glasses, ending with pudding. Finish with dollops of whipped topping. Garnish as desired. Chill until served.
