Vitamin Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups kefir or 1 2/3 cups plain yogurt and 1/3 cup milk
2 cups multivitamin juice
1 tsp honey
None None lemon twists, to garnish
Preparation

Combine kefir (or yogurt and milk, if using) and multivitamin juice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Add honey and pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with lemon twists.
