Lemon Pavlova - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 None egg whites
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup lemon curd
1 None kiwi, sliced
9 oz strawberries, hulled, quartered
2 tbsp passionfruit pulp
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Whip egg whites and a pinch of salt to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar and beat until sugar dissolves, mixture is thick and a trail forms when whisk is lifted. Transfer to prepared tray and spread into an 8 inch round. Bake for 15 mins. Reduce heat to 250\u00b0F and bake for 45 mins. Turn off oven. Let pavlova cool completely in oven.
Whip heavy cream to soft peaks then fold into lemon curd. Spread lightened lemon curd over pavlova. Decorate with fruit and almonds. Serve immediately.
