Muesli Raspberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups self-rising flour, sifted
    5 oz frozen raspberries (or other fruit of choice)
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    5 oz toasted muesli
    1 cup milk
    2 None large ggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup canola oil
    None None Honey, to drizzle
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-hole muffin pan with paper liners.
    Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in fruit, brown sugar and 1/2 of the muesli.
    In a separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs and oil together. Stir into flour mixture until just combined.
    Spoon evenly between paper liners. Sprinkle with remaining muesli.
    Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in a pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Drizzle with honey to serve.
