Apple And Pear Tart Tatin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None Bosc pears, cored
    1 None Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, cubed
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    None None Ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F.
    Thinly slice pears and apple. Drizzle with lemon juice and set aside.
    Melt butter in an ovenproof 11-inch skillet on medium heat. Add sugar, swirling pan to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Arrange fruit slices in a pattern over bottom of pan. Return to medium heat; cook, 5-10 mins, until syrup turns golden. Remove from heat.
    On a lightly floured surface, lightly roll out pastry. Cut out an 11-inch circle. Cover fruit in pan with pastry, tucking edges under.
    Bake 20-25 mins, until pastry is puffed and golden. Cool in pan 10 mins before inverting onto serving plate. Serve in wedges with ice cream.
