Cold Seafood Platter With Herb Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None cooked lobster tails, halved lengthwise, cleaned
    24 None cooked large jumbo shrimp
    7 oz smoked salmon
    3 None limes, cut into wedges
    None None Herb Yogurt
    1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
    1 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1/2 cup sour cream
Preparation
    Arrange lobster tails, shrimp, smoked salmon and lime wedges on a serving platter.
    For the herb yogurt, process yogurt and herbs until smooth. Season to taste then add sour cream and pulse to combine. Serve with seafood platter.
