Ham And Mushroom Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    400 g plain flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    60 g butter, very soft
    4 medium egg yolks
    75-100 ml milk
    1 tsp caster sugar
    6 tbsp tomato ketchup
    400 g tomatoes, sliced
    1 None onion, thinly sliced
    100 g cooked ham, sliced
    100 g Gouda cheese, grated
    100 g mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp dried oregano
    2 tbsp olive oil
    None None oregano leaves,to garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a baking sheet. Combine flour and baking powder. Add butter, egg yolks, 1/3 cup milk, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix until combined, adding more milk if necessary. Roll out into a 13x16 inch rectangle and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Spread ketchup over dough and bake for 10 mins.
    Distribute tomatoes, onions, ham, cheese and mushrooms over pizza. Sprinkle with dried oregano and drizzle with oil. Bake for another 15-20 mins until golden. Serve garnished with oregano leaves.
