Chicken Club Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 None chicken breast fillet, skin removed
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    12 thick slices bread, toasted
    8 None lettuce leaves
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    8 thin slices red onion
    8 None stuffed olives
Preparation
    Cook bacon in a frying pan over high heat for 3-5 mins, until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Cook chicken for 5-6 mins per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 mins. Cut into thin slices.
    Spread mayonnaise over 1 side of each slice of toast. Season. Top 4 slices of toast with lettuce, bacon, 1/2 the tomato and 1/2 the onion. Top with another slice of toast, mayonnaise-side down, remaining lettuce, onion, tomato and chicken. Top with a slice of toast. Cut sandwiches in 1/2. Top each with an olive and secure with a toothpick to serve.
