Sweet Roasted Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 lb winter squash, peeled, cut into wedges
2 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp whole grain honey mustard
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Combine all ingredients in a large oiled baking dish. Season. Roast for 1 hour, or until squash is tender and lightly caramelized.
