Caramel Banana Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp packed light brown sugar
    1 pinch ground cinnamon
    2 None bananas, thinly sliced on the diagonal
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F.
    Spray a baking pan with no stick cooking spray and place pastry on pan. Fold the edges of the pastry over to make a 1/4-inch border on all sides. Prick the pastry with a fork. Place a second baking pan on top of the pastry (this stops the pastry from puffing up while it is in the oven). Bake for 10 mins.
    Meanwhile, place butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Stir on low heat until smooth. Pour over sliced bananas in a medium bowl. Use tongs, place the banana mixture on the pastry.
    Bake about 10 mins. Cool for 20 mins on wire rack before serving.
