English Muffin & Pineapple-Orange Juice - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lbs fresh pineapple, peeled
2 large oranges, peeled
24 None fresh mint leaves
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tbsp jam
2 None whole wheat English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation

Blend or process pineapple, oranges and mint leaves until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Stir in lime juice and 2/3 cup ice-cold water.
Spread jam on English muffins. Serve with juice.
