Tuna, Corn And Bean Salad With Lemon Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water drained
    1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
    3 sticks celery, trimmed and thinly sliced
    1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    3 cups baby arugula leaves
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Combine the tuna, beans, corn, celery, parsley and arugula in large bowl.
    For the dressing, whisk the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    Serve the salad drizzled with dressing.
