Chocolate Pudding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, chopped, at room temperature
    1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup sugar
    1 None egg
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 cup milk
    None None Powdered sugar and whipped cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease six 1-cup ramekins and place on a baking pan.
    Beat butter and 1/2 cup of the sugar in a medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Sift flour and 1/2 cup cocoa together. Fold into butter mixture alternately with milk. Divide chocolate mixture among ramekins.
    Mix remaining 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tbsp cocoa in a medium bowl. Stir in 1 cup boiling water until smooth. Pour evenly over ramekins.
    Bake for 25-30 mins or until firm. Dust tops with powdered sugar. Serve warm in ramekins with whipped cream.
