Mashed Peas And White Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed
16 oz frozen peas, thawed
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1 oz flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation

Process beans, peas and lemon juice in a food processor until almost smooth. Season and transfer to a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat 3 mins or until heated.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add parsley and cook and stir 2 mins or until crisp. Drain on paper towels then stir into pea mixture and serve.
