Blackberry Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 tbsp margarine
    1/2 cup fresh white breadcrumbs
    1 tbsp honey
    8 oz blackberries
    4 (8 oz) apples, cored, skin scored
    None None custard or heavy cream, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Melt 2 tbsp margarine in a frying pan. Add breadcrumbs and cook for 3-4 mins, until golden. Meanwhile, combine honey, 1 tbsp hot water and blackberries then use to stuff apples. Transfer to a baking tray. Arrange remaining blackberries around apples. Top with breadcrumbs and dot with remaining margarine. Bake for 30-40 mins, until tender. Serve with custard, if using.
