Squash Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None medium zucchini, thinly sliced (1/8 inch thick)
    1/2 tsp smoked pepper
    1/4 tsp seasoned salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 225\u00b0F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or nonstick aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.
    Arrange squash on trays and spray lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Bake for 45 mins then carefully flip over and bake for another 45 mins, or until crisp.
