Fruity Champagne Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp maple syrup
    4 tsp lemon juice
    3 tbsp pear juice
    3 tbsp apricot or peach juice
    1/2 cup champagne
    None None pear, cored and cubed, to decorate
    None None lemon twists, to decorate
Preparation
    Mix maple syrup, lemon juice, pear juice, and apricot (or peach) juice in a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice and shake. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with champagne. Decorate with pear and lemon twists.
