Sautéed Green Beans With Bacon And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 tbsp chopped scallion
    1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
    3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
Preparation
    Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 3 mins, or until tender. Drain.
    In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook tomatoes, scallion and oregano for 2 mins. Add beans and bacon. Cook for 1 min. Season.
