Exotic Ginger Lemonade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    300 g caster sugar
    30 g fresh root ginger, sliced
    4 None lemongrass stalks, halved
    2 None limes, chopped
    1.5 litre cold mineral water
    None None Ice cubes, to serve
Preparation
    Place the sugar and 4 cups cold water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring. Add the ginger and lemongrass and simmer for 10 mins. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Transfer to a large pitcher and chill for 1 hour.
    Add the mineral water to the pitcher and stir well. Divide the limes among eight glasses, then fill with some ice cubes. Pour over the lemonade and serve.
