Walnut, Goat Cheese And Arugula Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 oz walnuts, roughly chopped
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 None shallot, finely chopped
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
9 oz arugula
10.5 oz goat cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and toast walnuts for 10 mins, or until fragrant, tossing occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
Meanwhile, combine white wine vinegar and sugar in bowl; stir to dissolve sugar. Add shallot and oil. Season and stir to combine.
Pour dressing over arugula and toss to combine. Arrange salad on serving platter and top with walnuts and crumbled goat cheese.
