Black Bean And Lamb Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lamb leg steaks, cut into 1 inch pieces
    2 tsp chili and garlic paste
    1 tbsp black bean sauce
    2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    3 None spring onion, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
    1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation
    Combine lamb, chili and garlic paste, black bean sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Set aside, covered, to marinate for 1 hour. Thread lamb and onion onto 8 bamboo skewers.
    Preheat grill. Grill kebabs until browned and cooked to your liking.
    Serve kebabs sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
