Grilled Potatoes And Bell Peppers With Dijon Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

2 lb baby red or white potatoes, quartered
2 None bell peppers, sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
6 cloves garlic, peeled
Preparation

Preheat grill.
Combine all ingredients in the center of large heavy duty foil square. Season. Seal edges and grill over direct heat for 30 mins, or until potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Toss before serving.
