Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None each red and green peppers, cut into strips
    2 None onions, peeled and cut into strips
    None None a little oregano
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed
    2 None chilli peppers, seeded and chopped
    1 tbsp oil
    500 g minced beef
    1 can (425ml) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can (425g) sweetcorn, drained
    1 can (850g) chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Heat oil in a saucepan, add ground beef and brown. Add oregano and garlic and season to taste. Add onions, peppers, beans and corn and cook for about 4 mins. Add tomatoes and cook for 4 mins. Season to taste and serve in bowls, garnished with oregano.
