Salami And Chili Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups self-rising flour
    1 cup finely diced salami
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup pitted black olives, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 cup milk
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, melted
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin pan with no stick cooking spray.
    Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in salami, Parmesan cheese, olives, parsley and red pepper flakes. Season to taste. Combine milk, butter and egg in a medium bowl.
    Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add milk mixture; mix lightly until just combined. Spoon into prepared muffin pan.
    Bake 20-25 minus, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; completely on wire rack.
