Smoky Orange Shrimp Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 None raw shrimp, peeled, deveined
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp fresh orange juice
    1 None fresh corn cob
    2 tsp lime juice
    1 None tomato, cut into wedges
    1 None orange, cut into segments
    1/2 None red onion, cut into wedges
    2 tbsp sliced jalapenos
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
    4 None corn tortillas
    2 tbsp sour cream
    None None lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Combine shrimp, paprika, garlic and orange juice in a large bowl. Season. Thread onto 20 skewers.
    Preheat a grill pan (or grill). Grill corn for 10 mins, turning occasionally. When cool enough to handle, use a sharp knife to remove kernels. Transfer to a serving bowl along with lime juice, tomato, orange, onion, jalapenos and cilantro. Season to taste.
    Coat grill pan with oil. Grill shrimp skewers for 3 mins, or until just pink. Grill tortillas for 30 seconds per side.
    Fill tortillas with shrimp, corn salsa and sour cream. Serve with lime wedges.
