Easy Four Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sheets frozen puff pastry, partially thawed
    1/3 cup coarse fresh breadcrumbs
    3.5 oz grated fontina cheese
    1.5 oz finely grated Parmesan cheese
    3 oz blue cheese, crumbled
    1505 oz ricotta cheese
    3 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
    1 None large egg, beaten lightly
Preparation
    Place 1 sheet of puff pastry on a cutting board. Cut slashes with a small, sharp knife 1/3cm apart in the center of dough, leaving a 3/4 inch border.
    Place remaining sheet of puff pastry on a greased baking tray. Sprinkle with 1/2 the breadcrumbs, leaving a 3/4 inch border. Top with cheese then sprinkle with chives, remaining breadcrumbs and black pepper.
    Place scored puff pastry sheet over cheese and press around edges with a fork to seal. Freeze for 30 mins, or until firm.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Brush top of pie lightly with egg. Bake for 20 mins, or until golden brown.
