Black Olive Paste - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 lb pitted black olives
5 None drained anchovy fillets
1 tbsp capers, rinsed, drained
3 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh oregano
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation

Blend or process garlic, olives, anchovies, capers and herbs until finely chopped. While the motor is running, gradually add oil in a thin steady stream. Process until smooth.
