Apple And Vanilla Pudding Stacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None red apples, cored, cut into wedges
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    6 None flour tortillas
    1 tbsp melted butter
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 cup thick vanilla pudding
    None None powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line two oven trays with parchment paper.
    Arrange apples on one tray. Sprinkle with brown sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden and tender.
    Meanwhile, using a 2 1/2 inch round cutter, cut 4 circles from each tortilla. Place on tray. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 4-5 minutes, until crisp and golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
    Layer 3 wafers with pudding and apples, finishing with a wafer. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
